We used Craig in Brisbane and he is so passionate about the country that he made me really excited. I can not recommend Chimu enough. Our trip was 8 weeks and everything was organised perfectly. We had 2 flight cancellations but Chimu swung into action and sorted out the issue straight away. At every airport and hotel, we were met on time by our drivers and local guides. “Isure is travel company Intrepid. Intrepid cancelled significant section of the trip ie Falklands, in advance of departure date due to their inability to ensure ship arrived in Argentina by published and paid for departure date. Pre departure Intrepid sent can of itinerary to begin cruise in Uraguay. On arrival in Uraguay advised Falklands was being removed from itinerary. Full refund only offered once already in the country and airfares expended. 4 days of travel lost - ie 20% of trip. Only 10% refund received. Then had to battle to receive refund as cash rather than credit.”
