“Chimu Argentina were well organised and very professional in their aproach. An example would be the preparation of a dedicated itiniery for our travels. Chimu Chile were less well organised. An example was the failure to advise us of the need to book our daily excursions at Hotel Las Torres prior to arrival. This failure made it very difficult for us to achieve the excursions we wished because they were fully booked. The management at Hotel Las Torres told us this was a common occurence with Chimu.”

“All our Tours from Antartica to Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Chile ran smoothly except for when we were in Buenos Aires. On the 9th January 2024, we were going to Fogon Asado Experience, but the Driver picked us up 30 minutes late at 19:45pm instead of 19:15pm. The Experience started at 19:45pm thus we were 15/20 minutes late and missed the beginning of the Experience, which would have explained what the whole night was about. Now, the next night on 10th January, we were going to Aljibe Tango
Show and Dinner, we, again were picked up late and missed the beginning of the Dinner. Other than that, everything ran smoothly after that.”
