“wanted to purchase a diamond ring for my wifes birthday with a budget of nine hundred pounds .The sales rep was very helpful showed me several options within my price range .Also offered me a bespoke service of choosing my own stone and designing my own mount.Which i decided to do made the experience a lot more enjoyable .I choose a 40pt G VS2 with a certificate GIA and set in a 18ct white gold mount with two smaller diamonds on each side . I left a four hundred and fifty pounds deposit and the ring was ready to pick up two weeks later .It was exactly as we designed it looked stunning and my wife loved it .They where so kind and included a valuation.”

“Impeccable service from Chloes. We bought my gorgeous emerald cut diamond engagement ring from them & then went back for both our wedding bands. They are so helpful, knowledgeable & we thouroughly enjoyed the whole experience with them. Van Le is an expert & understands exactly the clients needs & goes the extra mile when assisting you with selection & choices you need to make. Perfect from start to finish and the only people in Hatton Garden we would now go to whenever we want to buy new or upgrade.”

“I purchased a 0.52 rose gold double halo platinum customised engagement ring. The staff at Chloe's were really warm and understanding. I knew nothing about rings and they were amazing in educating me and helping me get the best out of my budget. Very good price also compared to others at Hatton gardens.”

“As a first-time buyer, I crossed Hatton Gardens and stumbled across a ting in the window of Chloe's Jewellery Design. Vanle talked me through the different options, advised and shared her own opinion. On top of the excellent experience, she provided a highly competitive price which ultimately fostered my opinion to buy. Overall a lovely and professional environment and great advice. Definitely recommended!”

“I had an idea as to what type of engagment ring I wanted to buy but wasn't sure I'd find the "right one". The staff were absolutely fantastic in helping me find, design and create the perfect the ring all within my budget. There was no pressure to "commit to buy" and they covered everything from insurance to deposit with minimal effort. 100% I would recommend and will probably be my first stop to look at wedding bands when the time comes.”

“Vanle is extremely helpful in the process of selecting our engagement ring. She's also very knowledgable and insightful and provides us lots of suggestions on the design of our bespoke ring. The ring came out really beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. It also gets lots of attention from friends who also admire it very much. Thanks for the patience and great service. We'll come back here again for wedding rings.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase because the ring is amazing and personal assistant of the shop who attend me is also amazing and nice. They help me with my decision because I had a lot of doubts, due to I am not an expert in diamonds. However, they explained me everything and now I feel confident that I have done a good purchase for a great price!”

“Staff were extremely patient with me while making my choice of purchase. My ring needs a slight adjustment in the size and they are more than happy for me to pop it at my convenience for it to be adjusted while I wait. My feeling is they aim to please and the whole process has been most enjoyable.”
