“I'm very happy with my purchase because the ring is amazing and personal assistant of the shop who attend me is also amazing and nice. They help me with my decision because I had a lot of doubts, due to I am not an expert in diamonds. However, they explained me everything and now I feel confident that I have done a good purchase for a great price!”

“We have bought numerous items from Chloe jewellery, including an engagement ring, wedding bands and other diamonds. We have always been completely satisfied with the pieces. The service is first class, Tu and Van always go above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience and receive the best quality products to match our requirements. “Staff were extremely patient with me while making my choice of purchase. My ring needs a slight adjustment in the size and they are more than happy for me to pop it at my convenience for it to be adjusted while I wait. My feeling is they aim to please and the whole process has been most enjoyable.”

“Such Fantastic customer service that I just had to take time to write a review about Chloe's. From the moment we walked in the whole team were so friendly and helpful. We went to visit Chloe's 2 months prior to order just window shopping and was speaking to Van she took her time explaining all the details and working exactly to what we wanted. 2 months later when we returned to order Van remembered exactly who we were which made us feel special, in retail you come across so many faces it's easy to forget. I would highly recommend Chloe's to anyone they will always go out of there way to make sure you have good experience. Thank you again Van my ring was absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted!”

“Brilliant service. I walked up and down Hatton Garden, waiting for someone to catch my attention, and was pleasantly surprised when I came across Chloe's. I didn't really have much knowledge of diamonds or platinum or anything before I stepped in, but they were very informative, providing the absolute facts, and by the end of it I felt like a diamond merchant. But in all seriousness, we walked in, didn't see anything we liked, showed them a photo of the ring we'd seen on the internet somewhere, and 4 weeks later, we had that exact ring with our choice of diamond. I recommend. Needless to say, my fiancee said "Hell yeah".”
