Do not buy from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! They are a bunch of liars. I ordered a 200cm marble dining table from them. I called two professional people to assemble it heavy also, but they couldn't, and I paid them for nothing because CFS had delivered the wrong sized (90cm) base. It is advertised on the website as 100cm also the plinth which supposed to hold the top is also wrong sized. There is no alignment. We called and emailed them so many times, asking them to collect the wrong sized base and send the correct one. Now, they have a story to tell us that the size they are advertising on the website is wrong, and they have the same sized base for 160cm, 180cm, and 200cm table. My question is, why did you send the bigger size pinth(board goes under th top) with the table, which should fit on the 100 cm base? Why are you asking us to send you measurements and pictures every time? Is this our job? If you just do 90cm sized marble base, then why don't you have the plinth for that? They just don't want to correct their mistake. We have moved in recently, and CFS is giving me huge stress. I am regretting it. I will return it and don't know what will happen with the refund.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Ordered a dinning table from this company. Just before moving into a new build property. So of course there was a delay on my part in excepting this order due to none completion of the property. But the company was great and patient. Then came the delivery date, i sat in all day, nothing arrived. So had to wait till the next day to contact them. To be told it was delivered and i am a liar. They sent me fake signed delivery note as there evidence. I sent my cctv as mines then the tone changed. There excuse was then the driver delivered to a different address. And they knew the address too. (Yet before they was certain it was my address and i signed for it) They told me to go and find the address and get my table šŸ¤” 220cm marble table i must carry myself šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”. Yes i refussed. It took them a week to go back to this property only to tell me that the person there said theres no table here. So then i was told a new delivery date. When i rang to confirm they know where i live the day before. I was told there is no table to deliver. By this time i was already off work. So another day lost to these show clowns. I was promised Ā£75 compensation and a delivery date before Christmas. Guess what????? Not only during the day they told me its out on delivery. They did not show up. I have no table this Christmas with family coming, no refund, no explanation nothing. I am now taking legal action just to get my money back as they refuse to give a refund. So many good companys lost during this pandemic and there still here. There thieves and rubbers. The good reviews are pot luck. You order you pay you recieve your goods. This is normally. Its the bad reviews that tells you what a company is really like as it highlights the gaps in there business. So if i am blocking that gap this week and you get good service i have just smoothed the way for you. But next time who would be in that gap? I have to take legal action to get my money back?? Let that be a warning to you BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS OTHER PEOPLES LIVES DEPEND IT!!!!!! There dilevery drivers are the most dangerous people I have ever come across. Driving up the motorway been tail gated by not 1 but 2 cfs 3.5 tonne box vans in the outside lane being pushed to do 85 mph. At one point the leading van was less than 2 foot from the back of the car! When we could pull over safely they got upto 100 mph then suddenly went with no warning from 3rd lane to 1st lane and then slip road to come of the motorway at junction 23 and just missed hitting more cars. Video footage has been sent to the police and police report has been filed. As for the company itself they didn't want to know anything about.

Extremely poor customer service , placed and paid for an order at the beginning January with an advertised 7-10 day delivery date . After numerous chasing , excuses too many to list and endless fruitless promises of delivery dates I eventually received my order 14 weeks later ! I would most definitely not recommend or buy from this company again .

This company are liars. do not use. I ordered a table and they were so quixk to get our money. Once we payed thats when the problems started. We were told everyday for a month that we would get a call back the same day at 5pm to areange delivery, but never received anything. We got to a point where we were calling them 3 times a day. Then we decided to ask for our money back, so when i called and asked the man to process a refund, he pretended he could not hear me and i could hear him laughing in the background. I ended up involving my bank to get my money back. I would never even dream of using this company again and i would advise anyone reading this to seriously avoid aswel. It is a scam

Absolute appalling Service do not use. Ordered a tall bookcase on January 1st 2021 deposit taken with expected delivery confirmed 26th February. It's now the 4th May and still no confirmed delivery date. Fed up now with numerous excuses, brexit, the Nile blockade, transit issues, Vietnam supplier delay etc I have had them all. I will be complaining to the Trading Standards for false advertising etc as the item is still on the website at a higher price with a delivery date of 1-2 weeks!

Apalling company - do not buy anything from them! I ordered two cabinets and received no confirmation I had bought anything. I then called and asked for an email confirmation which they failed to send me. I then called a second time to speak to the customer services department and was told off because he said he did not like my tone. I am always pleasant with everyone in customer services because I used to work in this field myself. I have never been told off by a customer service manager - it was dreadful behaviour. The manager said he would send me an email but never did and then he told me off because he said my email address didn't work - more lies. I regularly receive email adverts from this company so I know they can send email if they want to. They have taken the money out of my account and I have no evidence I have bought anything. I shall be calling Trading Standards to check they are a valid company.

Dreadful company. My first order (mirrored sideboard) arrived smashed and chipped and then took 6 calls and 8 emails with photos to get them to come to collect. I asked for a replacement which then cost Ā£120 more at my own expense and appeared better quality - however 4 weeks in and itā€™s fallen apart with a door hinge completely out of rotten and dry wood. More phone calls emails and photos and theyā€™ve just said I have to pay Ā£25 to get it repaired! Not a word of apology for my inconvenience nor the fact Iā€™m unable to use an item that cost Ā£400 just 4 weeks ago now being unusable! Dreadful customer service and Iā€™m highly sceptical of product - feels like a company selling shabby seconds which are not advertised as such. Avoid! The cheaper prices are reflected in dreadful product and non existent customer service!

The worst store on the bundle of liars for 5 months I have been waiting for the missing part of the wardrobe and since 3 I hear all the time that they have in stock and now send, stay away from this store Thomas

Really regret using CFS. We bought a table for almost Ā£500 and the quality is just terrible. On top of this the after sales service has been shocking. They tried to make us pay for an engineer to come and view the table, didnā€™t read our emails properly and were generally all over the place. I donā€™t usually write reviews but I really am disappointed and wish I had gone to a reputable company like John Lewis ā˜¹ļø.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered 2 months ago, said would take up to 2 weeks for delivery and still waiting to even hear when we are expecting arrival. Absolutely no communication and no apology about it. DO NOT USE

Non existent customer service. Was promised delivery but when it didn't arrive, I was told that the delivery date was the date it came into the store, not the date it would be delivered to me! They kept saying they'd email me with a delivery date, didn't hear anything, and have now rung them seven times and I'm still waiting for a call back or email. If I could give them a zero score I would. Wish I'd gone elsewhere now. I've requested a copy of their Complaints procedure and haven't had a response to that either! Don't go near them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered an item 19th August, was told delivery around 30th Sept. Called me 2nd October to be told it won't be ready till 'approx mid November'...the lack of customer service from this company is appalling and I would encourage people to think twice before ordering! Now left out of pocket without any clear delivery date, I have no idea as to where my item is or when it will actually arrive. Please think twice before using this company.

Ordered 3 items from a range. Delivery didn't arrive on the date stipulated on the order page. Calls to Customer Service and Sales were fruitless, ended up talking to a nice man in the warehouse who confirmed the item was due in the following day. Arrived with me 2 weeks later! Despite all the crates and packaging, 1 item arrived damaged and not as per the photos. Arranged a replacement, slightly better but definitely not like the photos. Delivery date for the 2nd item was not a weekend, as agreed. Ended up taking more time off work. Would not take back all the items, as the other 2 items were not damaged. Didn't deliver to a room of choice, as agreed on email. Rude to my wife, actually refused to deal with her. Minimal compensation accepted. Do not recommend this company at all. To add.... 30 minutes after my initial review, a chap called who has offered me more "compensation" to remove the review. Shame they were not this quick with communication earlier in the year. It is no longer about the money, or incorrectly portrayed furniture. People out there need to know what kind of company this is. EDIT - Yet another phone call asking for this to be taken down.

Paid for my product May 5th with a 5 day delivery promise. Eventually after lots of chasing agreed a delivery on June 3rd. They never arrived. They then said 12th June so I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund on the 3rd, 5th, 10th and 11th of June. Iā€™ve still not received a refund or my product. When you call it just rings. When you finally speak to someone the man is rude. Do not use. Total scam

This company lies about delivery datesā€™ Do not order from this company! Ordered a dressing table 8 weeks ago and still never received! Called them twice a week to be told itā€™s coming that week and then emailed them to be told itā€™s will arrive the same week...they lie and lie. They take your money and expect you to wait months....truth is there is no delivery dates. This happened to me the first time I ordered and I gave them the benefit of doubt and they have done it again! Now waiting for a refund within 24hrs letā€™s see how long this takes them.

A word of warning - do NOT buy from this company. Rude unhelpful people, Iā€™d say cowboys. Had to get my credit card company involved to get a refund, you have been warned!

No stars for this company ! Bad service , even worse customer service . No communication about delivery .Had to phone several times to ask where my delivery was .The item finally arrived and lo and behold it had a large gouge out of it ! Now I canā€™t get them to come and pick up item and get a refund .Why is this company allowed to trade

Sadly as with some others recently I havenā€™t had a good experience with CFS and if it hadnā€™t been for the customer service team who tried to help initially I would have rated it ZERO stars had that been possible. My reasons are as follows: I ordered a Frank Hudson Gallery Direct Chalk White Chic wardrobe for Ā£509 which on the website was being sold as new and therefore, I assumed, in perfect condition. The wardrobe arrived on time and the packaging was in perfect condition. I asked the delivery men whether I should open the three huge boxes with them to check the order but they said that I didnā€™t need to and that if there were problems I could just call CFS. I now wish I had ignored this and asked them to wait whilst I checked everything because when I opened the boxes I found over 14 faults! These included: ā€¢ A large clearly visible chunk chipped off the decorative rose on the top panel, a large gap across half the front seam of the top panel where pieces not joined properly and an uneven raised joint on seam down the side of the top panel. ā€¢ Damage and paint rubbed off on part of the inside of the side panel. ā€¢ Over 10 faults in the back panels where the fitting holes had been drilled in the wrong place, not at all, filled in because they were in the wrong place, only 1mm from the edge, going through a corner or on a slant which again made them useless. I phoned customer service and they asked me to send photographs. They then called me back and told me that as the item was 'end of the line' it could not be replaced and that I could either see if a joiner could still build it, in which case they would give me a partial refund, or have the item collected. As I really liked the design of the wardrobe, and didnā€™t want to have 3 huge boxes taking up most of my room whilst I was awaiting collection. I also felt bad for CFS as from what they told me they were having quality issues with Gallery Direct which was causing them lots of problems. I therefore opted to build the wardrobe with the agreement that if it worked out ok I would get a partial refund for my trouble and the fact that it wasn't perfect, or if it wasn't a full refund. When the joiner arrived it also became clear that the essential cam bolts needed to build the wardrobe were missing in places so these along with wood filler and paint had to be bought. In total I spent Ā£75 making my total expenditure Ā£583.49 on an item which shouldnā€™t have been sold to me in the first place. I called back CFS once the work was done and they said they would get back to me with details of the refund within the day. When this didnā€™t happen I contacted them again and eventually got an email saying the refund was ā€˜only Ā£75ā€™. In other words not a refund at all as this was the money spent on the joiner and materials that they had encouraged me pay for! I have emailed twice to say I am not happy and expect compensation for the fact that the goods were not of satisfactory quality as shown on the website and due to the missing cam bolts and poorly drilled holes, not fit for purpose. Alternatively, if a partial refund was not possible I requested collection and full refund. I have not heard back from them since. Surprisingly for an end of the line item that cannot be replaced, it is also still available on the website. As a result of this experience I feel that I have been taken for a complete ride by CFS and can only wonder whether they knew they were selling damaged, not fit for purpose goods in the first place. I hope this isn't the case.
