“I ordered a Tree of Life Bible in January. I still have not recieved the bible. I was told "after" ordering when I checked the status of my order, that it was on BACK ORDER. Had I known that initially, I would NOT have purchased this item. I felt deceived. I was not notified or or even updated, until after I complained. I will no longer order from this site, nor will I refer anyone to it.”
“I was happy with the Bibles that I received for my two kids. My kids have loved them. However, it was not clear or boldly stated that a rewards monthly subscription was going to be automatically attached to the order. Three months later I see the subscription on my statement report. That one is on me for seeing it so late but I do not like that I was automatically given a monthly subscription. I doubt that I will be ordering from Christian book again in the future. This is a very poor business practice. I also was only refunded for this month's payment and only because I was a few days away from when the payment was made.”
