“Although the delivery was acceptable. The size - although marked Extra Large - came up Medium to Large and the top central Pivot Pin broke off after a few weeks. Also its’ price was fairly high compared to some of its’ competitors. Therefore to sum up, close but no cigar 3/10”
“Made an order online to take away a nice hat on holiday. The day before I was due to fly out I find out that the delievery company had misplaced my order and it wasn’t going to arrive within the stated time frame. I rang Christys customer service and spoke to a man called Devereux. I explained the situation to him and he rang the Christys. store in London to see what hats they had in stock that was my size. He then emailed me the photos of them and asked me to choose one. After picking the hat I wanted he then called back the store and organised a courier to pick it up and deliver it to my home that evening. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is, and the hat is perfect. Thank you Devereux, and thank you Christys. You’ve earned a customer for life and I tell everyone about that service. Great job.”
