Do you have any customer service skills or in actual fact do you care, my cheese arrived very late and very mouldy and rancid, all companies were aware of the royal mail strikes before Christmas but you still posted parcels knowing full well they would be delayed and the cheese inedible when received. You have not answered any of my emails nor credited my account. You take peoples money and don't care about the service once you have been paid.
Order placed 27th November, to be delivered 17th December, nothing received. Unabke to speak to anyone, messages left, email sent, standard reply.
Do they have a customer service department?
