“Well packaged, lovely coloured nail polish but 2 of the best colours are very thin and do not apply well, let alone give a good finish.”

“Bought some nail polish, it was on sale, thank goodness because if I'd paid full price I would have been fuming!! Yes pretty bottles, but the quality of some of the nail polishes was exceptionally poor, thin, watery, poor colour, and when second coat applied to try and improve colour became tacky and didn't stay on! Will not be purchasing again I'm afraid.”

“The nail varnish arrived in a box, the cellotape was split, I wondered if someone had been inside the box. Not impressed with the nail varnish within a day it was coming off. Me and my daughter experienced the same issue. I expected something great from this company and their products. I bought it on offer and after using it I think even that was too expensive. I love my nail varnish, I wont be buying it again”

“When seeing the mixed nail varnish set on hot deals uk I thought I'd treat my partner..the parcel.soon came as well as the links on e bay .. I was disappointed to see there much cheaper on there than buying direct .. got to say the reason I looked on e bay was to get other items .. but that experience hard put me off, I'm sorry to say...”

“Ordered two Glitter Flip Holographic Lipsticks. Can’t find the confirmation, however they were two different light pink shades. Instead I was sent two bright red shades, both in the shade ‘scandal’. The offices and helplines are closed and am also unable to get in touch via email, so I unable to return these items. Fuming.”

“I ordered two lipsticks at £19 pound each. They are very poor quality and look nothing like what was advertised! They suppose to be glitter lipsticks and yet there is hardly any glitter. I don’t know how you can justify the price for such basic lipsticks , I’ve had better for a about £5 pound. I’m so disappointed .”
