“I haven’t received the 3 nail varnish that I bought from you weeks ago I have tried to contact you about this and have had no response I am very upset as it was a gift for someone so please send me them straight away or give me my money back”

“I have read about Caite in various magazine. I thought I would try a couple of items. I was sent a % off code which didn't work so paid full price. The only thing I would say is the instructions are very tiny so had to take a photo on my phone to make it bigger so I could read it.”

“Total mess of delivery, delayed and poor customer service throughout. Had to chase several times and post on social media before getting a satisfactory response. Crushed packaging on arrival. However, when products finally arrived I was pleased with them on the whole.”
