“I ordered some nail polishes, which never arrived. I messaged customer services they replied really promptly said they must of got lost. I did try and use the tracking service via Royal Mail but with no joy. Customer service arranged delivery which arrived in a matter of days. Great customer service Great products will order again”

“I was rather disappointed with the presentation of this set of nail polish. They were individually wrapped in bubble wrap in a box, but as they are to be a gift; that's not very attractive. I haven't yet given them so can't comment otherwise. The order process, speed of delivery etc were all fine.”
