“The glitterflips 2 for £17 was a fantastic deal. I was extremely happy with both of my colours, the glitter was amazing and it was very long lasting. It was also delivered very quickly, so I will definately be taking advantage if that offer ever pops up again 🙂”

“Lovely little bottles,(these will be used and not dry our as usual) have my favourites and this has given me the opportunity to experiment without the huge expense. Will be able to order the colours I like or wait until you guys have another mini set on offer and will definitely order that one as well. Quality is very good. Loved this purchase.”

“The glitter flip applied lovely. Formula wasn’t drying, and was comfortable on the lips. Once I pressed for the glitter, I was amazed at how well the glitter actually showed up!”

“So, my bf was in the UK recently and I decided to buy a bunch of Glitter Flip liquid lipsticks for him to carry back to Singapore. After ordering, my bf told me he'd given me the wrong address. I emailed customer service, and got an automated email saying that I would receive a response in 48 hours. 2 days go by, no response, and there's no phone number to call on the "Contact Us" page I go through the website to see if there's a way to change my address. I somehow get led to a form (I can't remember if it's on the Ciate website or the Royal Mail website) and try to change the shipping address. No go. My items ship before I find the Ciate Facebook page and a contact number on Google and receive an email response from Customer Service. Luckily my bf managed to sort out the delivery address directly with Royal Mail. The customer service staff were really polite and friendly, but I wish they'd managed to respond a bit sooner.”

“The products look gorgeous and I'm loving the Glitterstorm Palette. It's now my go-to palette for night outs and glam night looks. The colors are bendable, highly pigmented and buildable. I am also impressed on how they deal with customer issues and concerns. Their customer service is wonderful. I love Ciate London.”

“Products are good, but to advise that a parcel has been despatched, having paid for P&P and then taking a week to arrive after that, really spoils the buying occasion. As a courier service is employed, having to wait at home for a parcel to arrive for a week is poor service. No tracking either.”
