“Although the foundation itself is very good. The two I have purchased are not a good colour for me I was trying to pick a very yellow pale colour. But "ochre" and "sand". We're too dark and not yellow enough”

“Ordered the foundation but does not at my skin tone at all. Still waiting for customer service to tell me what to do to swap for a different shade after a week of contact with them.? Lady asked if I wanted a different shade then I've not heard anything since!”

“Fantastic customer service when my foundation wasn’t quite the right colour for me! I have been using the eye shadows, mascara, lipsticks, highlighter and eyeliner for some time and I absolutely adore everything I’ve purchased! I know I can’t go wrong with Ciate London !!”

“A bit of a mixed review: Fantastic product! The Glitter flips were amazing- I bought 6 in the end. I would highly recommend the product but sadly the delivery and slow response customer service let them down. My delivery went missing, I was given a tracking number that did not work- I contacted Ciate customer services who responded very slowly and in the end I actually tracked down my parcel myself. Lucky I work with Royal Mail and I asked our regular delivery guy to hunt for it for me. He went back to HQ and found it a few days later. Unfortunately delivery and customer service is really important to me. Therefore I would have to give a 10/10 for the product but would not buy again offline- if I found the product in stores I would buy one of each colour because they are fab!”

“Never bought from this company before but have known of them since I was a teen. I was not disappointed. This is one of the best brands to buy from I got a highlighter and eyeshadow palette of Jessica rabbit series and I have been non stop using it. The pigment is so bright and long lasting, I can bot say one bad thing”
