“Slower delivery than stated so in future if it's because of any issues in getting thing's out just send am email alongside the confirmation order, it still arrived within a week but it did say 3-5 hence I would have appreciated an email stating expected delivery time is 5-7 days due to lots of orders etc.”

“The package arrived nicely wrapped. The lipstick itself is also nicely packaged and stays put, it was the colour that wasn’t very nice at all on me but that’s a personal preference.”

“Order took a while to arrive, had to email customer service to have the order despatched after 5 days with no info, and they replied with a template and ignored my other questions. So for customer service and delivery, in my opinion and comparing with other companies, there is room for improvement.”

“I bought to sample pack of 2 small glitter flip, I didn't have high hopes as the hype around can be misleading. But from 1st hand I love this product it really does work. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family x”
