“I ordered the Jessica Rabbit highlighter and was so disappointed when it arrived with the powered completely smashed to pieces. However I was very happy with customer services. They were very professional and refunded me straight away. I would probably advise that they should package their products better so that their lovely products don’t arrived to customers damaged. Couriers are always throwing packages around!”

“Excellent service, especially at Christmas time. Very happy with the ”Glitter Flip”, it doesn't crack or Smudge It stays in place once applied to lips and lasts all night and day. Surreal and Scandal are pretty glittery colours. Thank you”

“Iv always loved your lipstick but last 2 I ordered came completely different to what I wanted so really dont no how that happened it was 2 of the same bright red I would never wear bright red and cant be bothered with hassel of sending them back”

“Absolutely amazing customer service, probably the best I have received in a very long time. I accidentally put the wrong postcode and address and they emailed me usually alot of companies would still send it to the courier and blame the customer but not these guys. The make up is perfection and the delivery was so fast. Will definitely order more when I have the money”

“Still can’t quite understand how these lip glosses work but they are so pretty, the lipstick is one of my favourites, very moisturising and creamy.”
