“Service was good but the product was a disappointment. Colours very different to those advertised and the glitter effect supposedly in the lip gloss was barely noticeable.”

“Unfortunately I had a bad experience, because I never ever received my order.. I was waiting for maybe 15 days and at the end I just canceled it.. I live in France and I guess it’s not a good idea to order from England in this moment. The only positive thing about it was the people from customer service who were very helpful and very nice!”

“I ordered the 'I am Woman' eye palette and it is GORGEOUS! Beautiful pigmentation, lovely packaging and I particularly loved the history leaflet included. Postage was quick and the range of payment methods fantastic! Thank you so much!”

“Love Glitterflip lipsticks!! Have been using them for a couple of years now. I would highly recommend them. There was a slight delay with the delivery but was contacted promptly with my options & very kindly sent a free gift for the inconvenience”

“Incredible nail polish, you can not make mistakes applying this product, the drying time is unreal, no smudging or denting. Good if you don't have too much time to wait but expect good results. The removal of the polish is effortless. The final decision for me to purchase this was that Ciate is eco conscious, vegan and cruelty free. Would reccommend!”

“It’s just excellent. I use the eyeshadows every day and they are the best I’ve ever used. They are easy to wear and something special to look at and I have very sensitive eyes and skin and have zero irritation. Really love this brand.”
