“The products all look very luxurious. Have only tried lip gloss so far… lovely colour and very glossy. I put my order in as soon as Lisa Snowdon announced the pro motion. Was disappointed to read a week or so late she was promoting a free primer with purchase, I feel I’ve missed out”

“Excellent service, quality products. I love the glitter flip lipstick in crush. It wears well and stays put and the holographic glitter effect is pure magic! The applicator has a sort of dent on the end which is not helpful.”

“The consistency and staying power of this lipstick is great but the colour isn't as bright as its made out to be, I was so exited to receive it but was slightly disappointed with the shade brightness which lost it a star as I feel its the advertising that wasn't accurate.”

“Easy to purchase, despatched and delivered very quickly. Nice product but unfortunately not what I was expecting. Had difficulty returning with the same postal Company due to the chemicals within and still no refund so I can’t give a full review yet”

“Ciate themselves are great - very responsive to emails and friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately, their chosen courier service Hermes are not - and thus I am still awaiting an order I placed 6 weeks ago, which Hermes have managed to lose not just once but twice, as Ciate sent out a replacement for the first one they lost. Ciate - if only you'd ditch Hermes as your courier you'd be perfect! I am sure the products are amazing, but I haven't had the opportunity to try them thanks to Hermes.”
