“My moldy video had festered for ten years and magic memories managed to covert it to a blu ray to a fantastic standard and put in a nice menu and index which I was not expecting. The quality of the video and sound was exceptional given it was recorded 24 years ago and had spent 10 years being unplayable! Thank you very much and for turning it around so quickly. My wife will love her anniversary present. I love it too!!”

“I cant believe how well the video is restored! 5 hours worth of memories all back, from grey and distorted pictures and sounds. I can't thank this company enough for this. “I sent a wedding video very bad with mould and had taken it elsewhere to try and get it copied to be able to watch it without any luck, I found magic memories and sent it to them and was very pleased with the service and how well the recording turned out. It was certainly magic for me. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend them.”

“Fantastic service. I sent my damaged VHS tapes to Magic Memories and they have repaired them to the original quality which now play perfectly. The turnaround was prompt and I was kept informed of my order. I sent the tapes in when my mum was very ill and she sadly passed away within a few of days of me sending them. I received them a few days later and they have brought me such comfort (especially when I thought they were gone forever!). Thank you.”

“I live close enough to have personally delivered my VHS master-work (toddler daughter compilation!), so can vouch for nice people working in a great location with some serious looking equipment. The digitisation of my tape was pretty rapid - as requested - and the end result excellent. Well - to be clear - my original dodgy production values weren't improved by 22 years of neglect (!), but I was seriously impressed by the stability of the image and sound quality. I couldn't have expected anything better ... but I don't think my daughter is so happy that the 'evidence' has been revived and shared family-wide!”
