I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
I felt the website was a little too complicated at first but, when I called and spoke to a really friendly gentleman, I realised it was me just being a bit stupid!
They fixed both of my broken tapes, emailed me the download, and sent back my tapes all in the space of a couple of weeks.
