“The fit is unremarkable and I am still waiting for the remaining items from this order. Your coms around customisation and staged production is not clear enough.”

“Stop sending me emails of any kind please. I have loads of feedback, but I'm busy, and throwing discounts doesn't help you better define your target market without discounting over priced clothing. Finally, don't send bday gifts that require the user to spend $198 to receive the gift (not a gift, and small text disclosures destroy customer trust). Also, pricing strategy would have you reprice at $199. Customisation for a standard guy with few curves to consider is unecessary and doesn't warrant the price. There are also more affordable ethical and sustainable brands to shop from. All the best”

“The shirt arrived with a big lump on the seam of one of the shoulders. I was pretty disappointed given it was a $90 t shirt.”
