“Had a short trip to Albufeira and needed transfers to and from airport. City Airport Taxis we’re the best value at the time. They emailed meeting arrangements on booking. They do ask what time you want your return journey not time of flight so we picked three hours before. When we landed the taxi driver phoned straight away and said where he would meet us. The journey was fine and we arrived at the hotel an hour after landing, Brilliant. On return the driver picked us up right on time. There was an accident on the motorway and we did start to stress a bit as the traffic was awful. Luckily the driver new several short cuts and managed to get us there just a few minutes later than expected. Big shout out to the drivers they are very professional”

“We had an airport pick up in Naples to hotel driver waiting with name on card, very courteous driver and spotlessly clean vehicle email before pick up stating again where pick up point was appreciated the constant updates with contacts etc.. we used this company once again for transfer to airport for our transfer to Marco Polo Airport and again what’s app message with map of designated pick up point driver arrived exactly on time ,very helpful with luggage we are four ladies and really appreciated his help once again lovely and clean plenty of space smooth and comfortable journey would not hesitate to use this company for all my future trips”

“Appreciate that you get several reminder emails with multiple back up numbers, and then text messages before the pick up. Car is very comfortable and clean, driver is punctual and well presented. Will be my first choice for all future trips.”

“Smooth transition from airport to villa in Albufeira. Driver had name displayed on his phone. Was polite, pleasant and spoke English. Same driver on return journey. Drove safely. Car was clean and comfortable. Would use again.”

“Absolutely best taxi service that I have ever used! We ordered a taxi drive from Marco Polos airport to Mestre, including 4 people an luggages. Our driver Matteo was very helpful and polite. Everything went very smoothly and on time. Really worth of the money. Highly recommended!”

“We were picked up by Mauricio in a very nice Merc. He was great, gave us advice on the busy Easter weekend here in Venice, directed us to a great off the beaten path pizzeria for late lunch He watched our luggage while we took pics of the canal All around great experience”

“City Airport Taxis were incredibly efficient, friendly, helpful and flexible. I had changes to my flights which were seamlessly accommodated, and my driver had great communication with me throughout my journey to ensure I could step out of the terminal to the car. The car was clean and comfortable and the driver safe but prompt. 100% would use again!”

“Superb service from initial contact, to completion. Excellent, professional, and polite drivers, and spacious, air conditioned vehicles. First class communication at every stage, contingency telephone numbers and email..and WhatsApp provided on every communication. A truly world class private airport transfer,stress free, as there is never a hint of doubt that city-airport taxis are anything less than 100% focused on getting your job RIGHT.
