“I got a quote a month before our holiday, then went on to book it a few days before we were due to fly, getting the expected confirmation that day. There were no problems with the booking. A driver was waiting for us at Faro Airport with my name on a placard and he took us to the Taxi and then drove us to our Hotel which was an hour away. We were asked to pay the full return fare, which was implied by the booking form. For the return journey a week later, a different driver came to our hotel and asked for me by name, then drove us to Faro Airport which was an hour away. As we had already paid for the return journey, there was nothing to pay (although I did give the driver a modest tip, which was not solicited). The fare quoted and paid was, I believe, very reasonable, and everyone we had contact with was very professional. There were no problems and I would definitely use the service again as it was reliable and a reasonable cost.”

“Booking on-line was quick and easy, the confirmation arrived within minutes. Our flight was delayed bu 1 hour but the driver was there waiting for us as we exited arrivals. the driver was courteous and very helpful On our return journey the driver arrived in good time and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. I would certainly recommend you use City Airport taxis - I certainly will be booking with them again”
