“The booking service is a bit odd in that you do not get immediate confirmation email which left me wondering whether or not I was actually going to be picked up. The driver however was on time, the car was comfortable and clean and got me to where I needed to be in a reasonably efficient way. Overall, a good experience.”

“Driver on time very obliging and felt very safe with his driving Some confusion about payment thought as supplied credit card details at time of booking we believed that we had paid for service prior to being picked up but driver expected payment in cash at final destination!! So still hoping we have only paid once and not twice”

“On our 1st and only experience with this Company, we were more than happy with them. The online booking service was very effecient and friendly. You always worry if your pickiup will be there when you arrive at the airport, and as the emails said the driver was waiting at the gate with our name in his hand, and it was in the small hours. The driver drove the mini bus (we were the only people on board) very well. Highly recommend this company.”

“Everything was otherwise very good, but it was difficult that driver didn´t speak english, and we can´t speak italian. That is why we had to ask our hotel´s person to make sure that there was also taxireservation back to the airport.”

“Very satisfied of the service, the car was late at the appointment (20 min) considering that I was travelling with and elderly person and 3 kids. The problem was solved quickly thanks to the phone assistance which was really great. A suggestion could be to specifiy the exactly place of the meeting point (which wasn't indicated) with the taxi which also showed no mention of the company name, so it was difficult to understand which was the right car. A special thanks to the assistance gave us and to the kindnesss of the driver.”

“I booked your service on-line and was extremely impressed with how easy it was. I got confirmation of the booking pending and again when it was confirmed. When we arrived in Venice the driver was there with a name card and when he dropped us off, gave us walking directions to our hotel and on our return to airport, asked us which airline and dropped us at the entrance for that airline. We also received a call to advise us if a slight delay on our collection. Excellent service and value, as cheaper than the taxi rank in Piazzale Roma, will definitely use you again. Thank you for making our transfers to/from the airport stress free.”

“Great driver, great service, pointed things out whilst driving, had great amenities in the car like spare tissues, hand sanitizer and wifi from his mobile. Bad thing was he didnt offer to return the leftover change even though we were going to tip him.”
