“I actually had the wrong date on my confirmation and did not catch it. I did not see my driver waiting at the airport and called the emergency number, angry that they did not meet me. They pointed out that my date was wrong, but sent a taxi for me anyway. They saved me from my own carelessness, and even got me to my hotel on time to meet my party. Well done!”

“I booked through City AirportTaxis for 5 passengers to be collected at Rome Fiumicino airport after we flew in from the UK. We then had to change the airport to Rome Ciampino as EasyJet could not fly into Fiumicino, because there had been a fire on the 7 May, which had affected inbound and outbound flights. Both times I advised CAT, and they came back very quickly to confirm that we would be collected and delivered to Ciampino.”
