“We were very satisfied both with the ease of booking and the actual service we received. The only one criticism we had was that due to the fact that our train was delayed we nearly missed the driver. We were informed by email but feel that it would have been more satisfactory to have received either a phone call or text message so that we could have informed the driver our position. Also we had given you the train number and we are sure that the time if arrival if the train could have been ascertained. Despite this we would have no problem using your services again and recommending them to our friends.”

“The booking process was very easy. The driver was waiting outside arrivals with a clear sign. We had to go to one location in Barcelona to pick up keys and then take our luggage to the apartment we were to stay in, this was no problem as we had added this in the special instructions area of the booking form. The return leg to the airport, the driver was on time almost to the second. Both drivers were well dressed, polite and very good drivers. A very good service and I will definitely use them again.”
