“The driver was Ok, he was waiting for us at the airport with our name written on a paper. the van was comfortable. For our trip back to the airport, the driver was waiting for us at the corner of the nearby street as our street was pedestrian; he was very kind and he even gave my grandchildren some sweets. Everything was perfect.”

“Excellent service - i booked the taxi fro my son and his friends who were going for a weeknd break to celebrate his 18th birthday. It was the 1st time he had been away on his own so naturally i was nervous about the trip and worried about the taxi pick up and drop off. However the service exceeded my expectations, the booking process was simple and straight forward and i recieved a confirmation email immediatley with simple easy and clear incstructions. When my son got to the airport the lady driver was waiting at the front with a plaque with my sons name, was extrem,ly polite and friendly, with a lovely car which really made my sons day as he loves Audis. On the return leg again it was the same driver and i was worried about when they may turn up but again this exceeded my expectations, the driver turned up early and made sure my son was at the airport on time to check out. Overall a fantastic service, great value for money, safe and most importantly reliable. Will definatley be using this service again when i am in Barcelona and would highly recommned City Airport Taxis”

“Car was waiting at Schipol Airport, driver was excellent both couteous and helpful. It was a bit of a challenge to find the car in the airport - the Hotel, for example, carried no 'name plate' that was visible from the arrivals area - and it was a significant walk to the car. This would be my only critical comment - in all other ways the service was excellent. Thank you!”

“We were so glad we booked our taxi in advance by telephone. The staff were extremely helpful and although we were delayed by roughly two hours on our flights, City Airport Taxis tracked our flight and this did not cause any problems. The taxi driver was on time and very polite and helpful. He took our bags for us and made our journey very pleasant both to and from our hotel. He pointed out places of interest which was also helpful. Booking the taxi saved us a lot of stress and worry about trying to get public transport to our hotel and we were very glad we did. Although a bit more expensive than public transport, it was well worth it. We were made to feel like VIP's. Thank you very much City Airport Taxis.”

“We had a very early pick up in Rome and we had barely been outside for a minute (15mins before pick-up was due) and the driver was there. The service took the stress out of sorting out a regular taxi and we travelled in style in a lovely Mercedes to Fiumucino. Highly recommended!!”
