“It was the first time we used the service. it was exactly up to our expectations how it should be. The driver was on time at our hotel and let the reception know he was there, then he himself checked the terminal from which our flight was departing, had a baby chair in his car even though we did not request one and it was very convcenient that he had one, and helped us with the luggage at the airport. Overall, very good experience. We recommend it to everyone.”

“The driver was at the airport waiting with our name on a card and on the return journey we were collected on time from our hotel. Both cars were smart and clean. Both drivers were courteous and helpful and spoke English. On the return journey the driver gave us interesting information about crops we were passing, peaches, kiwis and grapes for Lugano wine.”

“This was the first time we had booked a pick up from the Airport and as promised a very nice, smart young gentleman was waiting for us. Quick and efficient - very impressed with our first experience. When we were collected from our hotel for the return journey it was discovered there had been a mix up - all our fault as we put the pick up time and flight time as the same. However, another very smart young man awaited us and had been waiting at our hotel for an hour and a half. Our sincere apologies for the error and for any inconvenience caused -however, the driver waited for us. We would have no hesitation in using your company again and would recommend City Airport Taxis. Well done and thank you for your service.”

“I was extremely pleased with the driver as I needed to get to Euston Station to get my prepaid train ticket and train on time and he succeeded but I would like to go on record and say. - I am so sorry that when he asked me for money, I thought he was asking for a tip as I thought I had prepaid. I apologise for the confusion. The only thing I would say though. My fare was £68 and I gave him £80 but he only handed me a little bit of change. Perhaps I could suggest that the drivers could have the rough idea of the fare and have some change to give back the correct amount. Once again apologies and thanks Brenda Pawelski”
