“I have two important comments: first, when I made the reservation and chose to pay the driver, although, I provided my credit card number, no one told me that this would have to be cash. I hardly had any money with me and was lucky enough that I had enough to cover the ride (very uncomfortable); two - I was told there would be someone waiting for me outside with a plate with my name. I provided the flight number and the details. Well, as I got off, there was nobody. After a while of some waiting, I decided to call up the number and was told I should go to the meeting point, in another terminal. In summary, I should have been told this from the beginning and this would have prevented me from waiting as well as spending money on an international phone call.”

“Car was late picking us up from airport I had to phone to ask where he was and he was 15 mins early to take us back to airport! The car was very clean and driver friendly.”

“The driver arrived half an hour earlier than the time that we've booked. Were asked (and payed extra) for two child boosters, the taxi arrived with only one seat- for babies- so ended paying extra for nothing.. The taxi was excellent and the done to our destination uneventful.”
