“I have been purchasing vitamins and minerals from City Health for about 7 years now and even though I no longer work in Newcastle CBD, I continue to order online. Every time I order, the goods arrive within a few days and I always get what I order. The prices are really good and although some health food stores in my area stock similar products, City Health is always cheaper. The service is great and the knowledge of the staff is sound and they are very helpful when I do get to go into the shop. Thank you City Health.”

“Very prompt in sending out orders, can’t fault that. However I am disappointed that each individual item is unnecessarily double wrapped in single-use plastic bubble wrap that I then have to dispose of into landfill. I would like to see all future orders following current environmental awareness ideals, and use recycled and recyclable paper/cardboard for packaging, like other supplement businesses now do. I can’t justify making any further purchases if it creates more rubbish for landfill. Thank you.”
