“I've been getting this protein powder for years but this time, I'm not sure what's wrong with it but it tastes so bad. I thought it was out of date or something but no. Not too sure why the difference but it's a real shame. Otherwise, good communication and really fast delivery time as always. A shame it didn't work out this time and I'd sadly be reluctant to get it again.”

“Good price but every individual item was wrapped heavily in bubble wrap, then more bubble wrap at the top and bottom of the box!! Like, I can be healthy but the planet can’t? I don’t think that’s how it works..”

“everything was great, except i was upset by all the plastic packaging used and would not make another purchase with you. there are other biodegradable options now, bubble wrap etc is not okay with me. thanks for asking for my feedback. sorry to be so negative.”

Your order was shipped less than 24 hours from when you placed it. We emailed you the Australia Post tracking link when it was shipped, you can see for yourself that Australia Post had your parcel. While it would be nice if all parcels arrived in the order they were sent this doesn't always happen.

“Would not purchase again. Lengthy delay in postage forced me to search elsewhere for the same item as I had run out. I found a much cheaper stockist close to home as a result!”
