“Shocking service, pre booked a taxi yet there wasn’t ready until an hour after the time I booked for, surely if you pre book it should be on time.”

“Booked a taxi at 10am for 7pm pick up. Didn't arrive. Was guaranteed our return pick up at 11.30 would definitely happen. Didn't arrive. At the same venue 3 other city customers didn't get their taxi either. Not worth the phone call. AVOID”
