“LIfetime account..... Got this Office account to replace a previous one that was closed down after just 3 months, fortunately all the files in the one drive were backed up elsewhere, hope the account lasts longer this time. oh yes, you can't have your own email on this account either, I suppose you can't have much for what you pay.”

“It took a long time to get a key from autobot, and it felt pretty damn sketch ngl. The key seems ok, but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets blacklisted later.”

“Weird business model. So I tried it. Bought a key, it didn’t work. Opened a ticket, they said they would refund the purchase ($13, so who cares if they ever did). I did not repurchase, and I would not use these guys again.”

“It took several attempts to download Office via using the telephone method, if the instructions could be made more simpler it would be better. But once downloaded the application works fine”

“Extremely bad customer service and fake keys. Very reluctant to give a refund. I purchased Tropico 6 on the website and ended up receiving a fake key. I then contacted customer support and they gave me another key which was region locked. I ended up speaking to customer support for 25 days which involved over 15 emails. They delayed giving me a refund the entire time until eventually they gave me a refund as store credit. They the said I would have to pay a merchant fee to get the money back on my debit card when the whole situation was they're fault.”

“Purchased Office 365 key for £7.99 - after 3 months it expired - clearly not LIFETIME as advertised. They offered a store credit, but in reality I wanted a refund, but I'd lose £1 for the 'merchant fee'. Bit of a con if you ask me. Be wary.”

“It worked but expect problems along the way. 1) When it came to verifying my phone it would not take my only phone number which they already had on file from a year ago "for security purposes". So it let me add literally any other number to verify so I entered my son's number. Really? For security purposes? 2) Then the code they sent me wouldn't work. After closing the browser and signing back in, it finally accepted the code. 3) Everywhere, they tell you that you need a Brazil vpn but when I received my code it clearly stated "need Turkey vpn". I was very lucky that the VPN I have also has a Turkey connection. I was not about to use their vpn or any other unknown vpn service. No way. Anyhow, it worked but I was very nervous. I purchased this a year ago because it's literally the best price out there for a 12 month xbox live membership. Last year AutoKey would not work at all so I asked for a refund and they evertually gave it to me but only after a whole week of back and forth through email which takes them a whole day to respond and only one response per day. Again, I was lucky and glad it worked out this time.”

“I'm having trouble with getting my key but I' waiting for my refund... well the confirmation I filled out the form and stuff too. But overall they take a while for all this and I might buy from them again but most likely not because the auto key thing didnt let me do my phone verification and then I had to wait 2 hours for pending and then I wasn't even able to get it gifted because of GETYOURKEY not supporting the U.S which meant I couldn't get the key.”

“While I eventually received my order, there was a number of issues over the confirmation of payment. Emails were not answered for 2 to 3 days or more. The issue was down to a glitch in the system which would not let me input my payment confirmation but even though I explain this to them, it took weeks to resolve. Product is first class as is the price. Would I use them again...probably.”

“The keys work, that's the important thing, unfortunately the process of buying a key isn't streamlined nor does it seem safe. When I tried to purchase a key I was faced with ads trying to get me to click them and the while process of buying keys on this site seems sketchy. The keys work like I said, but there is more that needs to be done in the way of streamlining everything and making it a quick and easy process to buy keys.”
