“Quite slow delivery, took about 5 hours to get the actual code. I bought a 12 month subscribtion, which I got in from of 4 x 3 months subscribtions, which took a long time to redeem.”

“On product page it said that there’s still items available in the stock but it apparently not. When I contacted them, they said to wait 12 hours but I waited for almost a week. I even purchase the game directly from steam because I thought I got scammed. But at the end they really do ship the game account for me. Somehow if you really want to play those game, just buy it directly from steam because this site is kinda a mix of scammed and not.”

“Took almost 2 days for the code to arrive in the "autocode generator". Suport replied once asking for screenshots of the order number...which was already mentioned in the title of the ticket... In the end it worked out but wouldn't risck a hefty sum of money with them.”

“EA FC Ultimate edition was supposed to arrive on 22 september, and i finally got it on 24 of september. Communication was poor, and the information provided on the site was not accurate. The 10 hour preview from game pass ultimate/ea play allowed me to play in the early access period in the end, but if you advertise you will deliver a game on the release date it's quite annoying it doesn't happen. In the end the game arrived, and the price was very good. But I would only order in the future again if I was fine with the game potentially arriving later than advertised, or buying an older game.”

“Tried to buy a key the first time and got blocked for no reason. When I tried a second time I received the key with ease, however, what they advertise is different from what is listed on the product page in that the 'retail keys' cannot be tied to a Microsoft Account as suggested. Either way I received the key and the product is activated. I'm not sure what to do if I reinstall Windows now because this key likely won't work. Buyer beware.”

“Stay away from them for your own good. They do not pay. I deposited a whole lot of figures with them and when it was time to deliver, After a week I could no longer login. They shut me out and were not available to help me. I was not ready to let go of the money because I had over $50kin there and there is no way I was letting it go. I got help finally from CP-INVESTIGATION, COM after filing a complaint. I finally got back my funds. I thank my stars I filed that complaint.”

“Some good games on there, but a nightmare to find what you want, there needs to be filters like other sites have, where you can choose casual, hidden object games for instance. I hate having to scroll through horrible hunting games and other stuff toaly irrelevant to my taste.”

“Had some issues retrieving my key and had to send a few emails but got there in the end. Not sure it was worth saving me a fiver all told due to the time it took to sort out. Customer service was good to resolve the problem but rather than the 2/3 hrs it took closer to 20. Perhaps I was just unlucky. Got the key and it’s working.”

“To be honest, it wasn't the smoothest experience compared to competitors such as cdkeys (not cjs CD keys). There were no issues with redeeming the key. However, I paid using cryptocurrency, and it took a few (stress-filled) days for autokey to detect my payment. I had opened a support ticket as well, giving all the details. The one on the other end of the support ticket went completely silent for a few days, and e-mailed me back to let me know that the issue had been resolved.”

“Habe zum ersten mal in diesem Shop einen Key gekauft. Per Paypal bezahlt und dann die Funktion "Autokey" gewählt. Diese Option hatte dann einen temporären Fehler (Error 1891). Support reagierte schnell, aber verwies mich damit das ich doch bitte 12 Stunden warten solle :( sehr ärgerlich wenn man doch eigentlich "nur zocken" will. Schlussendlich wurde dann aus dem Key ein Steam Gift (was ich jetzt nicht so cool finde, weil es wurde definitiv als Key angeboten)...und knapp 12 Stunden nach dem Kauf und ein wenig klicken Sie hier und klicken Sie da, habe ich das Game jetzt in meiner Bibliothek. Muss jeder selber wissen ob er mit der Verzögerung leben kann/will oder z.b bei der Konkurrenz mit dem großen "K" und Pinguin kaufen will. Da z.b hat immer alles ohne Verzögerung geklappt.”

“The shop itself did a good job delivering the key and on that should be given 5 stars. Unfortunately the program itself is awful and does none of the things that I bought it for and deserves 0 stars. So I gave it an averaged score. If you are looking for a true PDF editor that will allow you to fill or sign documents, you're better off going with Ashampoo.”

“This is good. They have low prices, which are always nice. Just the delivery is confusing with some odd checks and, in my case, I had to wait 24h in order to get my code. At first, I thought that I did lose my money for nothing, but in the end it all worked fine, and my game was activated successfully, just that the process is slow. I would recommend anyway!”
