“Bought three Xbox games. Got code fairly quick for first but the verifying was very intrusive as seemed OTT. Placed two more orders the next day but issues getting the codes. I haven't had one email to verify to get the code. The other code is not available until CJS verify my details! Sent contact email to chase and I'm well past the 2 hours wait time! Very slow. Good prices though.”

“I have ordered a CD key before I have. Order has been equipped quickly and lately. In receiving CD Key, there was a small problem, but in the same day he was broadened in my favor Thank you nice. Very good and reliable business. I highly recommend. I cordially salute all of your Team!”

“Code works, but their anti fraud system is trash... Had to wait 3 days even if my phone number was accepted/verified. They for some reason try to force customers to send a copy of their id card and even if you can remove social id I still thinks it's wrong to try to force their customers to send it...”

“Took nearly 3 full days to be able get my code I pre ordered. Sent 2 tickets in (1 normal, 1 autokey) with no responses from either. It was irritating as it says you had stock on the main page and on my code list.”

“Very sketchy website, and the process of getting my key wasn't very easy. Said that it hadn't received the money, and then wanted me to verify my phone number. Entered the correct code and then said it was invalid, tried again and it worked. Eventually got my working key.”

“Sadly yet again the latest lifetime 5 access key for office 365 has failed, Worked for 6 months then locked out, We had it on 3 macs under 3 different accounts all 3 failed. We did get a refund on 1 purchased another now that's failed. Something really strange going on. When looking at the account no valid licence, sign in and PW is wrong.”

“First purchase was flawless second took a few hours. I hope as this company learns and grows they will get better at having a smoother interface on the website and customer service being a lot faster to respond. Would reccomend using this site for small purchases.”

“It's a good service, I bought MS Office Home & Student 2019 and it's now installed. I would suggest the delivery process is significantly improved however. I had 2 problems: 1) To log in (you'll be sent the link) you'll need to input your email and password. What password? I had no idea. I had to generate a new password (i.e. "Forgot Password" link under the email box) and then I was in. It wasn't clear at all though. I also emailed about this and didn't get a response to my question. 2) The serial key, where is it? When you log in, under all the download links, at the bottom of that list, you'll be see the serial key in very small letters. That's it. It is a credible service though, they're a genuine OEM reseller & I think my Office cost around €26 vs. €115-130 new, so definately worth the effort. But I had nearly given up before I finally got in and found my keys (I tried sorting this out on 3 occasions). Overall I recommend though, 'cause if you've read this then you won't have any probs getting your keys now! RRT Ireland”

“I purchased a W10 Pro key. I followed the supplied instructions, but they didn't work. They would work if upgrading from an earlier version of Windows, but as I already had W10 Home they only resulted in reinstalling it. I raised a support ticket - no response (2 days and counting at time of writing). I managed to find the solution myself online - a different upgrade method is needed when using an OEM key (which this obviously was) to upgrade from Home to Pro. So, 5 stars for the great price for the key, 1 star for the incorrect instructions and lack of support.”
