“Paid for a 12 month PS5 subscription, ended up with 2 codes, one for £35 and one for £25, presuming these would combine into what I had paid for…clicked submit on the console then realised I had just paid another £60 to PlayStation for the full subscription, never got what was advertised or what I paid for, total and utter con this site and advise everyone to stay away from it.”

“I purchased Microsoft_Office_Professional_Plus_2019 from CJS CD Keys and it doesn't work, when I try to run it an error keeps coming. When I tried to raise this issue with them I get no response, very disappointed in the service.”

“Paid for a game, got a fall ultimate edition, and when I went to claim the key, I got a message saying that it’s pending fulfillment that when the game is officially released that I will receive the key, the game is already out and playable it’s been out for a while, so either They’re scamming people or they have something wrong with the keys that they’re giving either way. This will probably be the last time I use their service.”

“I bought 3 x key codes but only two of them worked. Initially their responses were very quick but now seem to have stopped replying. I am out of pocket and will hopefully be able to do a chargeback.”

“first I am told there are no keys and that they will be more in 12 hours. 24 hours later i get sent a code. my kids put it into the playstation to see they were only given 30 pounds!! I paid 57 pounds!! when i try to contact them i keep getting an automated message saying they will get back to me or please dont write too many messages to them because it makes my message go to the bottom of the queue???”

“I couldn’t activate the Office 2010 key, so I sought help. They sent me an image that could work for the key I purchased, but it turned out to be an Office 2021 image. Despite reaching out via email, I received no response, no solution, no refund, no key replacement—nothing.”

“Terrible provider. I had bought keys from them before and they worked. But everything works until it doesn't... I bought the Hunt: Showdown "Collector's Edition" for Steam in November 2023 and they had only included DLCs up to July 2021 (which they had not specified in the product description), so it was missing 27 DLCs! Then they refused to give me a refund and told me to take it up with Steam! Their argument being that for such a low price I should have known they could not possibly include all the DLCs! And that there was another more expensive version (that I should somehow have known about) that does include all the DLCs. So they refused to issue a refund even though their customer service representative had initially assured me as follows: "Thanks for your patience and rest assured that you will receive either a fully working replacement key or a full refund :)" I escalated the case to Paypal, I have no tolerance for scammers.”
