“Office 2019 pro plus. I ended up being supplied a volume licence key. Contacted support got an Ai generated try phone activation which you cannot do on volume licence. I have contacted support 3 times more no response. Launched a PayPal refund. Bought a new key from Kinguin to get me up and running. Have bought about 40 keys over the years this will be the last. Very unhappy with the non existent support.”

“I have purchased from CJS CD Keys 3x now and it was seamless once but this time and one other time it was painful. This time being the most painful due to their support staff taking way too long to respond to my email it's approaching 4hrs now and still no response and time is of the essence for me at this point. Neither of the 2 installation files provided are working, so I cannot install the application. The delay is costing me.”
