“I received my code for what I purchased, and it apparently worked. The process was a bit weird, I paid for it and only received the day after my code, even though I paid immediately with a card. But it seems to be ok, I just need to see if the game came with the ultimate version or not.”

“Bought a handful of keys over the last few years. Had a couple go well and been immediately available. Last two games I've bought have had delivery issues which have delayed access to the game and customer service response has been unimpressive so far. If I need a key immediately for something I probably wont bother again. If its non urgent I'll consider it.”

“Product is great. Customer service is not. They will give you one or two replies, then go radio silent for days, in which time you have to sort out issues yourself. Again, this company has AlWAYS been honest about product. They deliver what they say. BUT if you have issues with VPN games, you have to fix it yourself.”

“The price and service with purchasing my Xbox game (Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition) for VPN enablement was great - CJS CD Keys was awesome. The problem was that the country required to VPN into was out of the ordinary (Nigeria), so was a much greater hassle to redeem the key over VPN. I already had a VPN service subscription with one of the recommended providers, but they did not support Nigeria (Hotspot Shield). I had to create a new Surfshark account and now need to apply for the 30-day refund instead which is much more of a pain. Otherwise I love CJS CD Keys and will likely purchase again (but will try to confirm the VPN location better in future before clicking the final purchase button.”

“Bought a Baldur's Gate 3 pre-loaded account. Was delivered in 1 day (even tho they said it will be delivered in few hours), but other than that - everything worked well. I could not say anything about account protection, so that's why 3 stars, because as a service to purchase accounts - it may take long, but may be better value. So it is up to you to purchase on this website.”

“Quick resolution all things considered. But I did have a lot of initial problems claiming my key. The phone number verification did not work and I really see no reason it shouldn't. I wanted the game when I clicked the purchase button since I had a good opportunity to play it then. That opportunity is now mostly gone so I am a little bit soured on the whole experience. I might give it another go in the future still though the price was very good.”

“Never buy new games through CJ's. Always wait a little bit. Their website says they have keys available for the game I purchased that says they have "10+ keys in stock" and "Instant Delivery Guaranteed". When I attempt to collect the key it says the game isn't available and check back later. CJ's support was around long enough to tell me I had collected the key already and disappeared the moment I provided proof that I haven't. They blatantly lied to me when they reiterated that keys are available and that I already received mine. This is my final CJ's purchase. The savings aren't worth the hassle.”
