“I bought a key for destiny 2 witchqueen bundle, about 3 months later steam removed the key from my library as it was purchased through "fraudulent means" i have been trying to get my refund for 6 months now i keep getting emails saying we guess the issue is resolved now and they class it as "solved" so i need to reply saying it is not resolved. The customer service is awful, if i could give it a lower score i would.”

“15 hour wait for 4 psn plus codes you then send 3 3month ☑️ and 1 12months split into 2 amounts to then have to go buy the very thing I come to this site for. All this should have taken few mins not hours you just lost a customer”

“Absolutely awful service. Ordered a game on Christmas day. Didn't receive the key and now next day, trying to still get the key with no luck. Order stuck saying awaiting fulfillment and I've received emails to say I have claimed it. Load of bs.”

“Selling Nigerian keys, when no vpn (that works) supports Nigeria. Support just tells me to use vpns that don't support Nigeria. How do I get a refund?”

“Absolutely horrendous and horrible service I’ve emailed numerous times and not got any reply back one out of the 3 codes I received didn’t work so I’m m now left with a son who can’t redeem his yearly subscription no reply or help from them at all they’ll take your money but when there’s a problem no help given”

“They are scoundrels, out of 10 working games they gave me a fake KEY and a KEU of a DLC instead of the game with DLC included purchased. They haven't responded to emails for days, not only have they not given me a working KEU but they don't even make the money as advertised on the site. Stay away from them, they are dishonest.”

“Got the key straight away, it never worked. Contacted support and was told to try different countries and then pay for different VPNs. Tried multiple devices still nothing. Asked for a refund but was asked to not so had to go back to PayPal who did.”
