“I purchased a pre order game by mistake. I then bought the correct version and asked for a refund for the key I hadn't collected and was told someone would be in touch with me shortly. A week later I am no closed to getting my refund and keep getting generic replies to my messages. Will not be using again.”

“anti fraud system(team) stopped my order and asked for images of my ID etc.. i have sent the requested images and no response for the last 15 hours and the support team didn't help at all.”

Hi there, Thanks so much for your pre-order of FC 25. Please note, we have been uploading keys for pre-orders since 6am in order to fulfill everyone's orders in time for release tonight at 6pm. There was no delay on our part, all key shops worldwide are bound by the same rules when it comes to release dates. I'm pleased to say that the keys have now been uploaded, and your key is available for collection on Autokey. Thanks so much for your patience, and sorry for the wait! If you can please go to Autokey now, you can collect your key. If you would be so kind, please can you update your review to 5 star? As you received your pre-order key on time, a full 5 hours before the release of the game which should allow you enough time to pre-download.

“Code didn’t work they said That I had a two codes but I didn’t they said to wait 12 hours to put both of the codes together and they still haven’t done it And it’s been 48 hours I want a refund”

“Scammer This is the first time i find myself in a similar situation i purchased xbox series x game key (mlb the show 24) and they give me xbox one game key i contacted support team and they said "a human will respond in the original ticket ASAP within maximum of 12 hours" i paid 30 dollars for this game and after 6 days no one send me a message for ensolved this matter this is very frustating and i am very very angry, i will wait a few more days then i will go to the Police.”

“Several keys I bought don't work. Some won't work with Microsoft Office installation packages. Microsoft "expires" the keys that are "suspect". Customer support is dismal, they just keep repeating "it should work, you must be doing something wrong", even though I follow their instructions.”

“Do not buy FC25 from here it looks cheap but they will leave you waiting for hours upon end I have waited over 12 hours for my key from a game that I preordered now I don’t even get to play it on preorder instead I’m waiting for the stupid customer service team to get back to me and sort my key out. They replied instantly to my initial request and now have left me unanswered for an hour.”

“I downloaded the file cannot open it to execute. I have tried numerous times to download and open. The last time I contacted support was 6:30 CDT yesterday and was assured that someone would contact me no later than 12 hours from that time. It is now been 20 hours and no one has contacted me.”

“Bought an xbox game pass key which was invalid. I spoke with customer service who gave me a canned email response of useless troubleshooting tips. I asked for a reissue for a working key and they ignored my request. Be careful as you get what you pay for when going for a discount.”
