“Price and speed of "potential" availability excellent and only marred by "awaiting payment" delay when payment was IMMEDIATE via PayPal. Link to fix the problem DOESN'T WORK Raise a support ticket for "immediate response" and wait 24 hours at least. If you get a problem the "support" is incompetent/useless. Despite this the prices are absolutely excellent and ignoring the "awaiting payment" site fault, the supply is very quick and easy.”

“I bought the wrong product key (Windows 10 Home, without knowing this laptop has Pro installed!). I couldn't use it. I asked if I could get an exchange. They said they they could re-sell the product key if it was unused, which it was. I had to wait a couple of weeks and then email them back to ask if it had sold so that I could finally get the right product key. So It took a while to resolve but it is sorted out now. I guess, just be careful you're downloading the right product key because if you make a mistake it might take a couple of weeks to sort out. The system also said that I could ask for a refund (if I had gone ahead and bought the right product key straight away on top of the first one), but with a £1 fee. I'm glad it's all sorted out now but my experience was so-so.”

“Checked with trustpilot and all seemed ok. Then it wouldn’t accept my phone number for verification, then told me the code sent to my sons phone was ‘mismatched’. Had to put the phone number in twice, and the verification code in twice. There was even a ‘give up’ button! I can see how some may just accept that it won’t work and write off their money.”

“They have been faultless in previous transactions however this time there was an issue with the PayPal payment that meant I didn't get the code for 2 days, as I only order codes when a product is needed it was very unhelpful, customer services did sort the problem out and as previously stated this has never been a problem before.”

“Code not available instantly as advertised. Had to get in contact with customer service which, to be fair, did reply within 3 hours, but was told the code would only be available the following morning.”

“Bought 12 month xbox gold live, key is not automatic, took 8 hrs to eventually get code, after a couple of emails, need to change their advertising or inform key may take a little while to come through,so to stop making people feel they have been scammed”

“I do not want to say this, but I waited for a day to get my codes as my friend and I was waiting to play together. I asked for a refund but in a couple of minutes later, I got my codes finally. Thanks CJS, but do not keep us waiting.”

“Can someone help me I bought a code for Xbox one and it just says awaiting payment then it says here's how u pay and there is no page for me to fill in my details when I'm pretty sure I payed earlier it said pay through skrill and other options it says instant delivery but then it said we need to verify your payment within 2 hours very disappointing been about a day now as still no code”

“CSJ seems to have issues with invalid keys cause i ordered Dungeonmans(steam) and it didnt work got a replacement that didnt work either so i got a refund :)”
