“I recently purchased a year of Xbox Live Ultimate, but things have taken a turn for the worse. I followed all the instructions, but the VPN code I received was an India code. As a result, I only got 11 months of service out of the year. The customer service has been absolutely terrible, and I’ve been stuck in a never-ending cycle of back-and-forth for almost a month without any resolution in sight. I’m starting to think twice about buying any more VPN codes, especially since Microsoft is reportedly planning to permanently ban users who activate with VPNs.”

“It's a strange system, mostly it works but sometimes you get the status of Pending and the message [Order Status Pending means that we require anti-fraud documentation from you... PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL for further instructions.] There is no message in the email for this (The email address is correct and working) and no work around offered. It one reports this then a refund is issued.”

“CJs CD keys are a little crowded on there Internet site which made me select the wrong selection maybe you could space them out a little more or maybe a little different coloring for other selections.. if you want good reviews you have got to do better..”

“I purchased multiple codes from them for game pass basic for my kids and my self, all the codes except one which was for game pass ultimate worked. Contacted customer service and they gave me the runaround and refused to refund the bunk game pass ultimate code.”

“The product key works flawlessly, once it is clear where it has to be applied. I gave only 3 stars because there are far too many adverts that distract you from the download and in fact I got caught into the trap of paying £1 to some unwanted ad / product as I thought it was part of the CJS CD Keys payment procedure! CJS CD Keys need to make sure these distractions are not intrusive in the sales they are actually advertising - because it gives the impression of Scamming.”
