“My wife and I first visited your store in 2000. I bought her a lovely Claddagh ring which has never come off her finger. “I was having trouble with my debit card making a purchase overseas. It was absolutely my fault. This morning I received two emails a confirmation of purchase email and a confirmation of shipment email. I misunderstood the two and Rachel who was my customer service rep was so patient and understanding and very timely with her emails. She was so understanding with the fact that I wanted to double, triple even quadruple check my order. The ring looks fantastic my girlfriend will love the surprise. Will definitely be using Claddagh Jewellers for any and all Jewelry needs!”

“We only went in to look (while waiting for the music session next door to start!) and were originally considering a "normal" gold ring however Rebecca was so helpful we moved onto the birthstone rings but they didn't match my other ring so moved on to the blue stones but (alas!!) they didn't match my sapphire ring either so there was nothing for it but to 'persuade' my husband to get that one!! Despite nearing closing time, they managed to resize it in time for us not to miss the music session! Everyone has been admiring it (and the story of how the ring came to be) and are most impressed by the service we received!”
