“The staff was so helpful. They helped me find the ring style I wanted. And when I realized later in the day I should have gotten a smaller size (walking made a difference in ring size!), I stopped back by on my way elsewhere. I had forgotten my receipt, but they remembered me and helped me exchange the ring for a smaller size. My only regret is I didn't take the time to look at other jewelry as well.”

“I purchased a ring for my wife for her birthday. I ordered it months in advance to make sure it arrived here in the US on time to give it to her. When she tried it on, I realized I had purchased the wrong size. I contacted Claddagh Jewelers to see about exchanging it for a larger size and was told that the ring had been discontinued. Thats when I heard from Maureen. She, on her own, contacted the ring manufacturer and had a VERY similar ring made in the size I needed, at no charge to me, and sent me pictures of it to compare. My original order was placed well outside of their refund/exchange policy, yet Maureen went far above and beyond to personally help me, and make sure I was a satisfied customer. I cannot say enough about her uncompromising alacrity to go the extra mile for a simple customer. We emailed back and forth about a dozen times, and I inevitably sent the original ring back to her, and received the new one within a week. Everything went off without a hitch. Maureen should be commended for her efforts. I am amazed at her eagerness to help satisfy a customer who, of no fault of her own, simply ordered the wrong thing. She worked diligently to rectify the situation, and her communication we me was flawless. I am a very happy, and appreciative customer who will DEFINITELY use Claddagh Jewelers for future purchases. She deserves more than 5 stars. Maureen, if your reading this... You're awesome.”

“We were recently in Ireland and thoroughly enjoyed the visit to the visitor center as well as the store itself. The staff was so friendly! My husband purchased a ring for me as an early 20th anniversary present and I treasure it and my memories of your beautiful country! If you are looking for some authentic Irish Jewellery, look no further! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the selection was top notch! Thank you so much!”

“I had the pleasure of being in Galway in person to purchase a ring for myself and my daughter in October last year. My daughter wanted a Claddagh ring so very badly, so was extremely happy when I was able to bring her one home as a gift. Unfortunately, she lost it about two days after she got it and was just devastated. I was able to go to your website, find the ring I had purchased before and buy it again for her for Christmas. She was overwhelmed and will not lose it again, that is for sure! The jewelry is beautiful and has brought a lot of joy to our home. When I wear the lovely celtic knot ring I got for myself, I can remember being in Ireland, and it always makes me happy. Thank you for helping us to be happy!”

“I visited Claddagh Jewellers both in Dublin and in Galway, and I can't say enough how much I loved this store! The people working here in both locations have a passion for their jewelry and it showed. They were so friendly & helpful and loved explaining about different designs. The history behind this store and the meaning behind their designs is amazing and beautiful. I love the pieces I bought, and if I'm lucky enough to return someday, I have no doubt I'll be purchasing another piece of their design work! I feel like I have a little piece of Ireland with me forever!”

“What a wonderful 18th birthday gift for my daughter! I was very pleased with the quality of the ring. We purchased the February Birthstone Sterling Silver Claddagh Ring. The amethyst is a great color and the ring is beautiful.”

“My husband & I were in the store last July when we visited Dublin, bought Irish Harp earrings then. Service we received last July was very good so I Just bought the matching Irish Harp pendant necklace recently through the website. The Jewellery is a very good quality. Service through the website was just as good as when I was in the shop. Highly recommend Claddagh Jewellers”
