“Upon my first inquiry, customer service was fantastic! I was getting this for my daughter's 16th birthday as the one thing she really wanted & start of new tradition for us. The ring is absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier. Exactly as my daughter wanted. Thank you very much for a superb product and great customer service!”

“i was to collect ring at 4pm on 17th this month,when i arrived to collect the staff could not locate where ring was,when it was located it was wrong size as stone was put in wrong ring.I then had to call back at 6pm to collect it.”

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. After a discussion with a manager, we realise that you are right and there was a mistake with your order. Although this is very rare, it can happen. We would also like to let you know that when we realised the mistake, we did our best to amend the mistake as quickly as possible. Our Jeweller left everything he was doing and began working on your ring immediately and even stayed late to catch up on the work he left to ensure other customer orders were completed in time. When you came to our shop to collect the item there was confusion on where the ring was because it was bought in our shop next door and so all the details would have been held in the shop in which is was bought- something we are currently looking into. Again, we are very sorry this happened to you and we hope that you are happy with the quality of the ring you received. We take your feedback seriously and welcome it as an opportunity to improve. “I have bought a pair of earrings for my wife and she loves them. They are simply beautiful, well made. I wrote to know about the delivery (because I needed for a gift) and the staff were very kind and helpful. Great experience, I will surely buy again in the future, but my dream is to visit the shop in Galloway. Thank you very much from Italy!”

“I always loved the rings and the story behind them. I told this my boyfriend when we met. This was 5 years ago. In 2015 he bought a Claddagh Ring and proposed to me. When I saw the ring I started crying. I was so happy about it. The Ring is so beautiful, I wear it every Day. I just have to look at it and remember the whole day of the proposal. That makes me happy.”

“The woman in the shop was so friendly, knowledgeable and funny. We had a nice exchange on the history of the ring. She was also very helpful in assisting with the sale, telling us about the tax free card and how to use it. A very pleasant experience and my daughter and sons loved their gifts.”

“I was able to buy a pair of Claddagh earrings from where I live (New Zealand) and Claddagh Jewellers posted them out to me straight away, I had a tracking number and new where my purchase was at all times. I don't feel as far away from my beloved country of Ireland anymore. Thank you Claddagh Jewellers”
