We don't track the free colour guides in the same way we do paid orders, so they go via Royal Mail and we have to assume that they get safely delivered, unless we are notified otherwise. “I love the product, although I have found some patterns aren’t great, eg the shoe pattern doesn’t fit together. I also find the website isn’t very user friendly. I understand I am a novice (at both) therefore my feedback is subjective”
