“I'm so happy with Claire's CraftHouse. My order arrived packaged well and in perfect order. Their was a slight delay in it being dispatch but I was informed and ask if I would like a refund or if I would be happy to wait. I was happy to wait and in fact my items were here in only a few days from my order being placed. Extremely happy with the service and my items. I will definitely be shopping with Claire's CraftHouse again. Many thanks Rachel”

“I’ve always received my orders in good time and perfect condition. There’s a good range of products but some are expensive compared to other sites. There are usually good offers/discounts available though which is why I use Claire’s.”

“Wow what can I say this company has possibly the best after service iv ever had. The choice of products is incredible I strongly advise against drunken browsing lol Even products I only thought and have been getting shipped from USA Iv managed to get here. I wanted to change a colour I’d ordered before it got sent. Liz went out of her way to find the products I was hesitant about, to send me pics of the items so I could decide. One of the items was out of stock I was quickly offered refund or another item or wait till it arrived. I chose another item but was still sent a free gift for the mix up Claire answered my email almost immediately. I ordered my stuff yesterday dinner time and they’ve arrive by 11am today! I didn’t pay for next day delivery. Beautifully packaged. Amazing company products and service. Thank you ladies an absolute pleasure to deal with I will definitely be back for more.”
