“Fantastic personal service. Nothing is too much trouble for Claire regardless of my enquiries. Excellent products and prompt delivery. It's worth having a reputable supplier to liaise with should anything happen, or you've queries, with your products and you won't receive a better service than from Claire's CraftHouse”

“Super quick delivery and great website! I ordered the fusion mineral paint in colour Midnight Blue, the perfect colour for my Stag minstrel drawers Im up-cycling. I received a personal hand written thank you note which I felt was a really lovely touch. I will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you so much Claire!”

“Slow delivery. This is the second time ordering however I find the delivery process extremely slow. This particular order took 3 working days to process an email saying my order had even been despatched. It's now 9 days since I ordered my items and they still haven't arrived. Our area isn't an area affected by postal delays, I have ordered from other places which have all been received as expected. Lovely products but a shame about the delivery”

“Quick delivery from ordering . Lovely touch by this company was a hand written' Thankyou Marion and Happy painting ' message on the invoice. It is lovely paint ,goes on smooth and goes a long way. I will definately being ordering again from Claire's Crafthouse”

“I have had a few orders from Claire, and I have to say how delighted I was with the customer service my very first order, was delayed to the courier delivering or trying to deliver to empty house, I got in contact and they did everything in their power to get the delivery sorted, even phoning me to make sure everything was perfect, I was not put off by this and ordered again, and it was all as promised speedy delivery, well packed parcel”

“I have now had around 4 or 5 orders from Claire (and another one on the way) and have been completely satisfied with everything from the ordering, communication, dispatch and delivery. A nice little touch is Claire always enclosing a little hand written note wishing you happy painting and thanking you for your order. I was so pleased to be able to source a store in the UK that supplied Dixie Belle products and am happily painting every opportunity I get. No hesitation in recommending Claire's CraftHouse to anyone who is beginning or continuing their journey painting furniture with chalk mineral paint. Thank you Claire. x”

“Everything is fine but the delivery is slow which is disappointing. This is my second order and now only being despatched 2 days after order was received. I was desperate for paint to finish my project. But will have to wait.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. We’d like to offer our apologies that the despatch time for your order was not as quick as usual. As a small business we have tried to minimise the impact of the pandemic on our delivery service levels throughout, but there have been periods of extremely high demand, that has led to some operational pressures in maintaining our usual speedy service, where staff have been balancing home schooling with children etc. During these times, we have laid on additional resources during evenings and weekends to help minimise impact on our customers. “Excited to find somewhere that sold Dixie Belle products in UK. First ordered few a weeks ago......now onto my second order. Have painted a number of items already! Needed to keep busy in lockdown....so being able to buy Dixie Belle paint is a godsend! If my husband stands still long enough to ...might paint him too! First order arrived in good time...no issues. Great service and highly recommend!”

“I was beyond excited to find this shop on the internet, I have longed to try Dixie Belle products and now my wish has come true. It is everything I hoped it would be, super paint and a fab range of colours. This is the only thing that is keeping me going through lockdown, I am eagerly awaiting my third order in as many weeks and am already planning the next one.
