“Excellent service, personal yet professional. Just need more items to paint then I can order some different colours! There was a slight delay receiving my order as the TSP had leaked in transit to Claire’s and they had to wait until the next delivery date. I was informed straight away about this issue and was more than happy to wait for new batch to arrive and then the complete order sent out together. Loved the handwritten note with my delivery.”

“The order took a little while to arrive, but being in the midst of a pandemic, not a surprise. When I asked for the tracking info for my items it was given to me with no problem and the communication was exceptionally quick. The products themselves were top moth and packed very carefully. I felt it was reasonably priced and will definitely use Claire's CraftHouse again!”
