Hello Victor, Firstly we are very sorry to hear there has been a problem with the delivery of your item. We received your order on 12 October and your item was dispatched on 13 October with Royal Mail - a shipping email was automatically generated and sent on the same day, to advise you that your order was en route. If you did not receive this email, it is usually the case that it has been filtered into a spam/junk folder. As our reviews testify, we pride ourselves on first class customer service, however we do rely on customers making contact with us if their parcels have not arrived, and it is then our priority to look into any delivery issues. In this instance we have received no communications advising us that you have not received your order.
