"Very bad customer service - was sold an item I thought was faulty\/pre-used as it was weak and wasn\u2019t what it should\u2019ve been. Customer services shut me down, basically accused me of making up a problem and wasn\u2019t even willing to ask questions (such as batch number) or investigate the problem at all. They should\u2019ve been concerned that a customer wasn\u2019t happy and listened to their concerns and tried to rectify the situation. They also ignored a request for contact info they had for the manufacturer of the product I purchase from them. Really let down. I was told they \u201cwouldn\u2019t accept\u201d my claim; proof they weren\u2019t interested in trying to understand or help. Avoid this seller. "
